Insurance
Please contact our staff to go over your insurance and pre-qualify you for any benefits that may be applicable.

Billing and Payments
In order to make your visit here a pleasant one, we inform all of our patients of their financial obligations prior to surgery.
We want to make sure there is no confusion or misunderstandings that would create any stress on our patients.

Miami Surgery will collect, co-payments, un-met deductibles, and co-insurance amounts on or before the day of surgery. Co-insurance amounts are estimated; The exact financial obligation is determined by your insurance company and will appear on the explanation of benefits. We will bill you the balance if different than estimated. We do refund you any credit difference in the billing.

Make sure you fill out the payment and reasonability forms supplied prior to surgery.

If you do not have insurance, we have programs like Care Credit and Prosper Health Care for self financing. You will be responsible for the surgeon, facility and anesthesia fees. You may need to arrange payment with each of these separately depending on the situation. Miami Surgery may or may not accept payment on behalf of another entity depending on the situation.
Prior to surgery we will go over the amount you will owe. Make payments to Miami Surgery LLC. You may also pay with Care Credit, Prosper Health Care, cash, check Visa and Mastercard.

Pricing
Please contact the staff as it is impossible to publish prices for each individual procedure as it varies from case to case. Prices will vary depending on your specific needs. We will supply you with a good faith estimate of all charges in writing for your approval prior to scheduling any surgery. We will notify you of any revisions to the estimate in a timely manner.
